| Quality
Assurance is an integral part of all manufacturing.
The QA staff works directly with suppliers to obtain
ship to stock parts and subassembly certification,
in addition to performing quality-receiving inspections
on raw materials and component parts. Trained and
certified, technicians perform self-inspection throughout
the production process. Once completed, assemblies
are transferred to Quality Control for extensive
final testing and evaluation. Environmental testing
is another critical process at Esonics. Our capabilities
include CMM, Micrometer, Microscope, Profile Projector,
Salt Spray, Thermal Shock, and Humidity. |
